Checkmate?  MySpace and SixApart To Join Google OpenSocial (confirmed)  —  Google may have just come out of nowhere and checkmated Facebook in the social networking power struggle.  —  MySpace and Six Apart will announce that they are joining Google’s OpenSocial initiative.
