TorrentSpy loses Calif. copyright lawsuit  —  In a potentially severe blow to fans of peer-to-peer networks, a federal judge has ruled against the BitTorrent indexing service TorrentSpy.com on grounds that its operators engaged in “willful” deletion of important evidence.
